  What is 14 gold fill?

  14k gold fill is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal such as brass.

  J. Kelsch Handmade Jewelry is made from “Double clad” gold-filled sheet, which is produced with 1/2 the thickness of gold on each side.
  This process is completely different than “gold plating” or “vermeil,” which eventually rubs off with wear. 14k gold fill will not wear off!!!
